Sajjad Kamal
Sajjad Kamal is a seasoned innovator in HealthTech, having served as the HealthTech Partner at Global Ventures. He co-founded AlemHealth, a company backed by Y Combinator that's making radiology accessible in emerging markets. Before that, he started Beneple, an analytics platform for health insurance that was successfully acquired. Sajjad has also held strategic roles as Chief Technology Officer at Thakaa, the Saudi National AI Center, and as Growth and Strategy Lead at Mozn, guiding a rapidly growing startup. His earlier experiences include impactful positions at Apple and Blackberry.
Sajjad's projects, like the primary care telemedicine kiosk at the Nobel Peace Prize-winning Grameen Bank, highlight his commitment to transformative healthcare solutions. He holds a BMath in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and was named Innovator of the Year by Arabian Business.
